Aston Salter is an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and the proud founder of Bee Heard Speech & Language Therapy LLC, where she blends her extensive professional expertise with a compassionate, client-centered approach to provide high-quality care. With a deep commitment to supporting children and their families, Aston strives to make a lasting difference in the lives of those she serves. Her educational journey includes earning a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Central Florida and a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Florida Atlantic University, both of which have equipped her with a strong foundation in the field.
Aston specializes in early intervention and has a diverse and well-rounded background, having worked in a variety of settings, including schools, private practice, and with children across the lifespan. This extensive experience allows her to approach each case from a unique perspective, ensuring that each child receives the most effective and individualized treatment possible. Throughout her career, Aston has successfully treated a wide range of speech and language disorders, including articulation and phonology disorders, childhood and acquired apraxia of speech, fluency disorders, receptive and expressive language delays, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
She is particularly passionate about early intervention, understanding that the earlier children receive support, the greater the potential for progress in communication development. She strongly advocates for collaborative care, working closely with families, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to create a holistic plan that addresses all aspects of a child’s development. Jennifer Leace M.S., CCC-SLP🐝
Jen is a passionate and dedicated pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist with over seven years of experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of pediatric speech and language disorders. As a proud mom of three, Jen brings not only her professional expertise but also her innate understanding of the importance of communication in everyday life. Her specialty areas include Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), articulation challenges, and early intervention, where she uses a combination of innovative techniques and compassionate care to help children overcome obstacles and thrive in their communication skills.
Jen’s warm and engaging approach makes her a natural at connecting with children and their families. She truly believes in the power of communication and her passion for helping kids shines through in every session.

Hannah Fischler B.A., SLPA🐝
Meet Hannah, a passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) who is deeply dedicated to helping children thrive and reach their communication goals. With a solid background in pediatric speech therapy, Hannah brings not only professional knowledge but also an immense sense of compassion, patience, and creativity to every session she conducts. She believes that each child is unique, and therefore, her approach to therapy is always personalized, focusing on the individual’s specific needs and strengths.
Whether it’s improving articulation, enhancing language skills, or developing social communication abilities, Hannah is committed to making therapy engaging, fun, and highly effective.
By working closely with families, she ensures that the therapeutic process is a collaborative one, providing support and guidance to both the child and their caregivers. Hannah’s gentle and encouraging demeanor helps children feel comfortable and confident as they work toward their goals, making each session not only productive but also enjoyable.

Tiffany Hansraj M.S., CCC-SLP🐝
Tiffany earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Gannon University, where she developed a strong foundation in clinical theory and hands-on practice. With a deep passion for helping individuals overcome communication challenges, Tiffany has built a diverse and comprehensive skill set through her extensive experience in private practice, early intervention, and school-based therapy. She has worked with a wide range of clients, from young children in early intervention programs to students in school settings, addressing various speech and language disorders. Tiffany is dedicated to providing personalized, evidence-based care to support each individual's unique needs and goals, and her approach is rooted in compassion, patience, and expertise. Samantha Klopman C.F.,- SLP🐝
Samantha graduated from Nova Southeastern University with her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and brings a wealth of clinical experience to her role, specializing in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). With a deep passion for helping her patients find their voice, Samantha is committed to providing compassionate, individualized care that empowers her clients to communicate more effectively and confidently. Her expertise in AAC allows her to use innovative tools and techniques to support individuals with diverse communication needs, while her work with children and adults on the autism spectrum reflects her dedication to fostering meaningful connections through communication.
Born and raised in sunny South Florida, Samantha has a strong connection to the community she serves and is driven by the desire to make a positive impact in her local area.

Hila Gazar C.F., SLP🐝
Hila earned her Master of Science degree in Communication Science and Disorders from Florida Atlantic University. Before beginning her career in speech-language pathology, she worked as a preschool teacher, where she developed a strong foundation in early childhood development and a deep appreciation for how young children learn and communicate. Hila is bilingual in Hebrew, allowing her to support a diverse range of families and thoughtfully integrate cultural and linguistic considerations into her practice.
Passionate about working with children, Hila is dedicated to providing individualized, evidence-based therapy that fosters meaningful and functional progress. With her warm, patient, and encouraging approach, she creates a supportive environment in which children feel confident, engaged, and motivated to grow their speech and language skills.

Oliva Cavallo M.S. CCC-SLP🐝
Olivia earned her Master’s degree in Communication Science and Disorders from Florida Atlantic University. She loves helping her clients find their voice, whether that means improving Articulation, building language skills, or growing confidence in communication.
Olivia believes strong connections are the foundation of great therapy. She works closely with clients and families to create sessions that are engaging, supportive, and tailored to each individual, making sure everyone feels comfortable, heard, and encouraged along the way.
When she’s not working, Olivia enjoys making homemade pizzas, going to Florida Panthers games, and spending time with her family and friends.
